Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Business Admin.
- 40hrs/week
Responsibilities
- Tenant administration, including handling tenant inquires, managing lease agreements, overseeing maintenance tasks, and ensuring financial efficiency.
- Maintaining compliance with regulations, coordinating marketing efforts to attract tenants.
- Conducting regular property inspections to uphold safety standards and ensure property compliance.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable.

Financial Analyst
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or Economics
- 40hrs/week
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of property management operations, encompassing income, expenses, and budget.
- Generate detailed financial reports, perform variance analysis, and develop intricate financial model.
- Conduct rigorous market research and financial benchmarking.
- Assist in formulating annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and financial projections for properties.
